It’s very easy to use.  All you do is enter the information once, and you’ve created your company template, which is just your companies information saved into the template. Such as your company’s name, address, and phone number, etcetera. Then you save the template. After that whenever you invoice a job, all of the company information goes straight to the top of the invoice.

Now each job that you create and save in the app will now put have your invoice template. This is so easy and makes so much sense, once you’ll have it. The app is basic since we find that most people want simple, not complicated. And as you can see we don’t waste your time we simply get to the point here.

Normally what you’ll see, are these empty boxes. They’re there for you to enter the information that’s needed to make sense of the work or service that you’re doing.

So whenever you enter the data for a new job and save the job, that data will be saved into a job file. And it will be used to fill in the invoices you create.

Those boxes that I mentioned earlier, have titles like Hourly Rate, Number of Hours, once entered the app will calculate those.

In this app there are boxes for travel expenses should you decide to use them. If you don’t charge for travel, then just enter a “0” into those boxes. They were put there so that you don’t lose any money on your travel to the new jobs.

The Materials used are Important

One area that is very important to Tradesmen out there is keeping track of the materials that go into a job. We know this to be true because we had a Licensed Plumbing company approach us and ask for this feature to be included in the app.

Because the materials used on a job are very important to you we added the feature. With it, you’ll create a list of all of the parts you carry on your work truck. Now when you add those items to the job file the app saves them and automatically adds them to the invoice of that job.

Since a Plumbing contractor told us that he needed this feature because he didn’t know where all of his parts were going.

So things like that have been thought of and put into our app.
